Dress sense: Blair loved her uniform at Hogwarts, and to this day will be found quite often with robes on, though she wears jeans and t-shirts under instead of the typical Ravenclaw garments she used to wear. She likes to keep it relatively simple unless there's a special occasion to dress up for.

Personality

Likes: Reading and learning, books, talking to interesting people, Charms, Potions, and Transfiguration, Honeyduke's candy shop, cool autumn days when the leaves are changing colours
Dislikes: Overtime without pay, worrying about her bills, being forgetful (which she can be, sometimes,) rude, ignorant, or hateful people, anyone who defaces books with mal intent
Quirks: Blair has a knack for using colourful words and tries to always have something to say in conversation. She can spend hours and hours reading and working in the bookshop and then be able to go out and have a drink in the evening, the transition being easy.
Flaws: Sometimes quick to anger or irritate, Blair can be quite snappish when agitated and can sometimes come off as more rude than she intends. She can also be impatient and has a bad habit of reading the ends of books before she's finished, something she dislikes about herself intensely at moments.
Strengths: Blair learns quickly and can take on a lot of information at once, and has learned most Charms by heart. She is an empath and can tell how others are feeling, though she says it's more of a "gut feeling" that she sometimes listens to. She also found in school that she was quite good in Potions, and her favourite one to whip up is the Hiccupping Draught, something she learned early in school because her hiccups were particularly annoying.
Weaknesses: The impatience comes into play here; because she's so eager to move onto the next thing sometimes, Blair can miss out on important information given to her and even sometimes blow information off as unimportant when it's the key.

More Information

Early Years
Blair was brought up by her mother and father, Jason and Donna Castellano, in Ireland, moving all over the country. She was loved very much and slightly spoiled, being the only child that Donna was able to have, and Blair has a good relationship with both of her parents to this day. Before Blair got her letter to Hogwarts, both her mother and father had filled her head with stories and fantasies about all the things that she was going to be able to do - and that she could grow up to do. Her parents were very excited when she finally was accepted, and sent her off with lots of support, thrilled when she continued the Castellano tradition of being a Ravenclaw.
School Years
Charms, Potions, and Transfiguration quickly became Blair's favourite things, and she could often be caught up late at night, studying and learning more about the magic that now surrounded her. Although she was a bookworm, Blair liked people and made a few friends throughout her time at Hogwarts, even managing to include them in her excitement for her studies. Blair became top of her class in Charms and did very well in both her O.W.L.'s and N.E.W.T.'s, though when she graduated, she still wasn't confident in where she wanted to go in the Wizarding World.
Presently
Blair works at Riker's, a small bookshop in Hogsmeade. She has made enough to earn herself a small flat in the village, and loves where she is. She hopes to work at Hogwarts, or even Merlin's, now that they're doing so well and in need of people, and can be seen down at the bookshop, the Three Broomsticks, or Honeyduke's quite often.
