Being the first born, Dorian was already treasured not just by his family, but by the nation. Born the first son of Ralph Ashworth meant that he was already born behind a grand shadow. His father had always had a mind for politics, and working for the ministry was a breeze for him. His father had told him
the way to get people to eat out of your hands is to simply appeal to their dreams, then crush it slowly". His ideals about purebloods were the same as many around, they were the best and whoever was born of new blood was an accident. But an accident that was too good for the muggle world. At a young age Dorian already felt that he was in no way to get near the Muggleworld. He would often remember his father washing his hands repeatedly after having a meeting with the muggle Prime Minister to settle issues between the two. His father was prone to anger fits behind the house, Dorian following his steps did the same.

It was in two years time that another brother was born, he too was made of the same cloth and both began to fond over the ideas of greatness. An Ashworth was a treasure to Italy, and he would take full advantage of it. He found himself, to learn to be charming, his quick wit and seemingly easy going personality could never fool people into lowering their defenses. He was never one to joke around about things that mattered to him. Because nothing mattered more than to succeed, to rule and to keep the family name alive.

At the age of eleven he was sent to Durmstrang for the first three years of his education. The cold demeanor and heartless manner soon wormed its way into his own, making him see the world in a different way. In his fourth year his poor stupid mother brought him back and placed him into Hogwarts, his father none to happy but complied to the poor woman. Slytherin brought forth the idea of community and began to change his demeanor.  And in years time when he graduated, he swore that the government was not for him instead moved to education. Dorian always held his brother in high regard, but never let him forget who was born first, and who had more power.

At forty, he is the youngest Headmaster in the history of Merlin's Academy . He has never let it get too cold, and runs the castle as a factory, only wanting to produce success stories.
