| We have prepared some templates for you to use. Feel free to edit/adjust them as you please. Usage of these templates are not mandatory, but they are highly recommended in order for our members to have a quick view of your character's personality, plot needs and current plots/relationships. Recommended for: New characters / Characters with little to no plots - Template Preview:

Loyal. Empathetic. Determined. Avoidant. Insecure. Defensive.
Janina earned the nickname 'The Little Mermaid' even before she found out about her mother's true identity. A lover of nature, especially beaches and mountains, Janina is an adventurous soul, always ready to experience the world and fight for animals and the environment. In university, however, she is known for being a Potioneer-in-Training determined to come up with potions to cure trauma and depression.
Looking for:
~ Friends, especially Potioneers-in-Training; though she has Gabriel Long as her boyfriend and best friend, it would be great for Janina to have friends who can push her to be less shy and insecure
~ A mentor figure; this could be an instructor who is highly encouraging, or someone who employs tough love in order to challenge their student. Either way, Janina could grow from their mentoring.
Current Plots:
~ Character plot: The 'Draught of Hope' as her Magnum Opus; Janina wishes to make a potion which can cure depression and give hope to those who are on the verge of giving up on life.
~ Relationship plot with Gabriel Long; it's a rocky road, due to what both Gabriel and Janina have been through, but the two are determined to make it work.
~ Friendship with Cordelai; though Janina could never understand the pureblood witch's love of shopping, the two share a love of nature.

Janina earned the nickname 'The Little Mermaid' even before she found out about her mother's true identity. A lover of nature, especially beaches and mountains, Janina is an adventurous soul, always ready to experience the world and fight for animals and the environment. Hiking and swimming helped her throughout the most difficult times of her life, and it was also through hiking that she met Cordelai Rohensen, a pureblood witch who eventually became one of Janina's closest friends. Swimming, on the other hand, makes her feel at home and in touch with her mother, who is involved in political intrigue and potential war back in their clan's village. Her desire to stay close to the ocean is why she decided to work as a lifeguard at Laguna Beach, though of course she would never give up the privileges of having human legs.
In university, however, she is known more for being a Potioneer-in-Training determined to come up with potions to cure trauma and depression. It was just one of her childhood dreams at first, one of the many things in her bucket list, but it eventually became her priority when her boyfriend's brother was kidnapped and murdered back when they were in Seventh Year. Though Gabriel eventually recovered, Janina still couldn't help but feel helpless when she could do nothing but sit and comfort him.
Being a sweet, sensitive soul, Janina would be the perfect friend for those who are either incredibly assertive or secretive. She would especially be supportive of those who have heroic tendencies, and is willing to stand by and comfort those who are unhappy with their lot in life. Janina is loyal, perhaps to a fault, and would never backstab or willingly hurt any of her friends. She is also adventurous and spontaneous, although those with a more reserved and controlling personality might find those traits quite frustrating at times.
