Evan was an only child and was never really recognized by his parents. He went to Muggle School up until he was accepted to Hogwarts. His parents didn't really seem to care that he was a wizard. It was just one more thing that made him different. Evan has never really felt like he's fit in. He was surprised when he was sorted into Ravenclaw even though he loved to learn. He always considered himself as more of a Hufflepuff. He did exceptionally well in his classes but never seemed satisfied with his work. He poured his life into his studies and eventually became Head Healer at St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries. Evan didn't achieve this with out a few drinks along the way. He is an Alcoholic even though he constantly denies it. Somehow Evan always stayed the kind and caring person he's been since he was little. Despite this he's never been able to keep any romantic relationships.
